Food at Camp

Camp Ramah Darom boasts a state-of-the-art kosher kitchen facility and impressive culinary team. Our talented Executive Chef, Dale Ascough, provides our campers with a variety of delicious and healthy menu options throughout the summer. Our meals are celiac and allergy-sensitive and are vegetarian and vegan-friendly. Our campers have access to healthy snacks throughout the day and have opportunities to visit our canteen for additional treats on occasion. Our kitchen staff has worked together for many years, and demonstrates a high level of professionalism, innovation and service.
